It's extremely arrogant to think he has it in the bag with a 39% approval rating. Biden needs to be campaigning like it's 2020 and he's down in the polls. This "Trump can't win" attitude reminds me too much of 2016.
Biden administration has been doing a lot of campaigning in NC. Also a lot of targeted ads for black, women, and prescription drug voters.

Do I think they'll win, no? But Roy Cooper has campaigned well here and if Biden can follow is package along with the shot Republicans are putting out he has a shot enough to feel good.
