When she stopped saying "Grocery prices are too high, I know it and the American people know it"

When she was saying that, I was like this is strong, this is a chance. When she stopped saying it, I didn't know what she was running on. I've followed Harris' career for like 10 years, so I never had that bias, but they watered down what should have been a change campaign into nothing.

that was shift in the campaign, as far as what direction they were taking and who was pushing that

That’s probably what it will be palatable hall monitor with Lilly white family like beshear and bulldog progressive like AOC (depending on if she’s been exiled for not being pure enough anymore)
Beshear ain’t just a hall monitor though, he has created more jobs and brought more outside investment to Kentucky than any governor in state history. And he did it with a completely obstructionist state legislature. I like a beshear / whitmer ticket a lot.

Sooo the GOP barely holding on to the house at 217-215 and might lose the majority to the Dems :ehh:

A Dem controlled house will def keep Trump admin in check.. SCOTUS is gone tho
A Dem controlled house couldnt keep him in check the first time when he approached the presidency like someones drunk uncle playing 2k for the first time in 15 years. I'm not trying to see this country burn but I'd rather the Dems figure out their identity crisis while the country enjoys the trade wars it voted for

they stopped a lot of legislation from going through and oversight made it harder for them to spend time and resources elsewhere.

Knowing what we know now, they should be willing to use all the power available without concern of public backlash nor respecting norms.
