Sanders literally won Latinos in the last primary by hiring a Mexican dude wearing a cowboy hat who was good at it - along with policy. Obama literally had “yes we can” remixed into “si se puede.”

The idea that democratic outreach is pandering means that you think that random ads equal outreach. I literally watched Dems walk up to Latino union members in swing states and then after the “leaders” left - the Latino union heads looked at the people of color on the team and said these people don’t talk like us.
