Dems should straight up make the current swing states the first primaries can they? is there ANY reason not to?

It was some sort of a compromise because the first states were “too white” and since SC is overwhelmingly black - it gives black people a say. But it’s a joke - democrats aren’t winning South Carolina and most black people aren’t churchgoing southern old ladies.

Even North Carolina would make more sense than South Carolina. Every red state should dead ass be at the end of the primary calendar.

It should go some combination of Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Nevada, Arizona, Minnesota and then Georgia. The primary should start in the Midwest and move to the West and Southwest. Then go to the South and then to the East coast.
