I’m trying to figure out how Harris lost 15 million Biden voters. That doesn’t even sound real.

Underestimated how much the winds of the Summer of 2020 activated folk against Trump. Combined with a variety of other stuff (racial, sexism, apathy, redpill, etc), but to me that's the main thing.

No I think Trump's handling of Covid brought out people to vote. It was 4 years of chaos and people we're tired of it. I just think a bunch of people were uninspired this time around. Their lives haven't improved all that much and they forgot how terrible Trump was.
