yes but the base follows him religiously.... granted, his endorsement or his style or his base is not enough to win a general election, it is the partisans that show up at the primaries... his base is far more than enough to deny someone the nomination.... a lot of these repug politicians are scared to go against trump because of his base... trump is a king maker when it comes to the primaries, not the general....
if trump loses the general election this year, only two things can stop trump.... 1) for some magical reason he decides not to run in 2028... or 2) he's dead.... that's it, that's all....

Trump loses in November he is cooked. I'm telling you....jury duty begins on the 15th of this month it's over. Like over over but nobody on that side will say it out loud. Jury selection begins on time? That's a problem a lot of people? I don't think they fully grasp it.
People legit talk about this dude like he is one step below Jesus. What protected him for so long was the Presidency. Now that he is a citizen he has lawyers that take advantage of ways to delay Lady Justice. These delay tactics aren't new. Any lawyer who didn't sleep through his or her classes knows about them but they aren't given a scenario where their client is actively trying to delay a trial in leau of an upcoming election. We are in unchartered territory yet everyone wants things to flow as if we've been down this road 100 times. And then you have a bunch of 'dont vote stay home' clowns crying about the SCOTUS helping him when staying home and not voting led to that crap in the first place. It's war. Why put down your weapon in protest when you'll get clapped up just like everyone around you?
Most people want to go to trial to get their perceived innocence out in the open! 45 and his lawyers know he is guilty so that's foregone. Plus a delay let's them wrack up hours. They join a very short lost of people 45 is actually paying for a service.

the only reason Haley was even a thing this year was because she's not a sitting politician, and beside desantis, no sitting politicians ranshe's not gonna beat out the normal full republican primary field of 15 mediocre white men, or coconuts like cruz and rubio
