He isn't winning Pennsylvania. 120k votes flipped from Trump to Biden in 2020 and nothing Trump has done since then when it comes to Pennsylvania has shown he's going to flip 80k votes. People are underestimating what a disaster the 2022 elections were for Trump and Republicans in PA.
