The great 90 year olds have one consistent theme that a human being control. Good health, habits, weight and strength for their age.

If your body doesn't try to die on you before you get there.

There is a good Netflix series about a couple common themes across cultures that are found in really old healthy people. I forget the name right now

I’ve seen 70 year olds bicycling 25 miles a day and 55 year olds in wheel chairs.

Yeah I know people who smoked for decades were alcoholics had cirrhosis of the liver and lived to almost 90 and ones who lived a very healthy life and died before 70 sometujrs it’s a crapshoot

I do think living a healthy lifestyle gives you a better chance to live longer and healthier then someone with bad habits but doesn’t guarantee anything
