I see the Republican base doubling down on the crazy. The days of Romney and McCain are gone. The inmates are now runnning the asylum and won’t accept a moderate anytime soon.

The Republican base sees its cause as righteous. They see themselves as the only real American and they will keep voting for extremists that validate their feelings for a long time. Even if they keep losing.

The silver lining to Trump and MAGA is we are finally getting a unsanitized look at white middle America and……it ain’t pretty. For so long we have been shown the most dysfunctional aspects of Black America and the most sanitized aspects of white America. But things are changing because of MAGA.
