Not to sound pessimistic but I don't trust the judge, could very well just end up giving probation and any conviction will be appealed which would take us far past the election.

Either way, I will still be clapping for convictions
Each of the 34 counts carry a maximum up to 4 years in prison…

The judge not going to give him that however he will trump a few months in jail.. prom 2-4 months or 4-6 months… Secret service is already coordinating with NYC department of corrections on a wing of Rikers that will house Trump for those few months. But either way jail or no jail Trump will have that tag around his neck as a convicted felon

that is exactly what is going to happen...

first time offender....not a violent crime.

the judge also allow some evidence in (dont know how to articulate it) for the appeals court to deal with....the prosecution knows this but all they care about is their win...heard this from Ty Cobb on CNN
That convicted felon tag is all they care about.. the jail sentence whether it happens or not doesn’t matter

Trump took over little Marcos twitter handle!
:dead:

These folks can't be this loony. It's not uncommon at all for the jury to ask for clarification at deliberation. Especially if they are leaning towards guilty. They have had a lot to process and the court allows them any refresher they need.

If he didn't go out of his way to anger the judge, I would say big fine and probation, but pissing off a judge isn't the best way to get a light sentence. Maybe he gives him a year just cause he's pissed. That's more than a slap on the wrist and South of unreasonable

A part of me hopes Trump gets off. I don’t know if they would physiologically be able to handle a guilty verdict.
Hey @wire28 and @Pressure, didn't you guys dap this post when you thought he was calling out leftists?
:mjlol: that folks who are on the same side as you have to talk, walk and think exactly the same as everyone else otherwise you're a Republican.

WTF kind of 1984 groupthink bullshyt is this?!

...

But somehow supposed to fall right in line no matter what no questions asked, cause otherwise nikkas are Republicans for having a difference of opinion. And no I'm not changing my mind for y'all.

A liberal in rural Colorado who hunts and fishes thoughts on guns differ than that of a liberal in a high-rise in downtown Minneapolis. How fukkin hard is that to understand?!!?

But nah go ahead and think someone is a Trump supporter or Republican :pachaha:
Strange. I wonder why the change of heart. Punching left and trolling must be more of a priority than not being a hypocrite.:yeshrug:

Don't tag me in your bullshyt. You have more in common with Trump and his racist supporters than I do. Neither of you believes in institutionalized racism, among other odious things.

A lot of places don't even have that though. The economic freedom that exists in America can't be downplayed. There isn't institutionalized racism. You can travel freely. You can practice the religion you choose. First Amendment? Many more I'm sure I'm too tired to grasp and take for granted.

Name some places blacks have it better as a whole?

If you feel that way I feel sorry for you.

House arrest would still be hell for him. He won't be able to tweet, play golf, he won't be able to get people to come kiss his ass, and his family hates him so they'll never visit.
