Christian Kirk and Gabe Davis is not scaring anyone.



They were never bringing him back as resigning him means sending a 2nd round pick to ATL. The whole trade was pretty much a waste.

The second round pick was if they signed him to an extension before free agency. If he hit free agency and they re-signed him the compensation wouldn't have elevated to that second pick.

Yeah, he took a pay cut last year too. I could see them riding the two RB combo for a year if he's willing to take another cut since Love and the offensive skill players are all basically on rookie deals.
