I think Richardson gets benched soon
It sucks cause he needs reps but this can't continue
This isn't a real offense he can't hit simple throws and keeps throwing it to the other team

While Richardson has the physical tools that Steichen really wants out of a QB, the QB fundamentals simply ain't there. Always the risk with high ceiling but low floor projects.

It's why Justin Herbert worked so well with Steichen and why Iamaleava (especially with the Herbert comparisons) would be the ideal match next draft, assuming Steichen keeps his job. They have the high ceiling and high floor to make it work.
