If your going to throw a 1st Year Rookie QB out there, you need a offensive line and a running game... not force him to win the game all four quarters... but since Bears FO is inept as always... Fields got spooked and suddenly Year 2 and 3 people were going, "What is wrong with him?"
Most of the media pundits were praising the Odunze pick over bolstering the Oline, but now they want to critique the Bears for not having strong enough protection for Caleb

He was improving each year though. People look at the Ws and Ls, but his second season, he had nothing. 3rd season they went 7-10, and I can argue three of those losses were directly on the fault of coaching decisions (Denver, Detroit and Cleveland).

There's some good things Caleb Williams showed on that drive. But mostly what I see from him is off balance throws, not feeling the pocket around him and staring receivers down. The line is bad and he's young. Unfortunately he won't be able to sit and learn in this NFL. It would suit him well.

He started ignoring his footwork last year, that faq Kliff shoulda been on his ass about it but instead they leaned into it
