Kore-Eda is getting good reviews. The Maiwenn film sounds like a disaster (not surprised).

The Wang Bing sounds intriguing. Curious if the title (“Youth”) and the fact its the first part of a trilogy means similar themes but with progressively older people.

COMPETITION WINNERS
Palme d’Or: “Anatomy of a Fall,” Justine Triet
Grand Prix: “The Zone of Interest,” Jonathan Glazer
Director: Tran Anh Hung, “The Pot au Feu”
Actor: Kōji Yakusho, “Perfect Days”
Actress: Merve Dizdar, “About Dry Grasses”
Jury Prize: “Fallen Leaves,” Aki Kaurismaki
Screenplay: Sakamoto Yûji, “Monster”

yeah, practically all these winners will get quietly released on a streaming service and never heard from again. Especially Anatomy of a Fall. Realistically this is the biggest marketing push they're gonna get. I am looking forward to watching them though.. & Disney will never premiere at a film festival again after this lol.
