Damn, first year in a long time that I think this could be a horrible season.

Not opposed to that, but that's not moving the needle in the AFC.
.I call it as I see it (usually correct), and the Patriots need some more offensive firepower, and they need to hope Mac Jones develops some more arm strength. I saw enough of Josh Allen's bull-shyt last year to know the Patriots could be in major trouble if they can't match the Bills offense.

I just dont see it with Matt Jones. Feels like all window dressing with him at QBNot opposed to that, but that's not moving the needle in the AFC.

I don't like to make conclusions after one season, especially for QB's, but the arm strength isn't there. When you have Mahomes, Herbert, Wilson, Jackson, Burrow, and Allen in the AFC, you need to have a QB to be able to contend with them. I think he showed a lot of poise last season and clearly had lesser weapons to work with, but the arm strength is my biggest concern. I'd like to sit here and say he's going to be amazing, but I can't say that right now.
