I'm surprised the Pats didn't pay him. It feels like they shell out the cash for top-tier DBs.

Maybe they know something other people don't.

Jackson is a good CB and a ball-hawk, but I don't think he's a true lock-down corner. I'm sure people can post numbers that may show he is based on certain criteria, but watching him, I don't think he's a real lockdown corner. That's not a knock on him, but he isn't like a prime Gilmore was on the Patriots.......

The thing I dont get about Jackson is ESPN and NFL.com and everyone else lists him at 6-1 when he measured 5-9 at the combine
