Mistakes in the draft cost you money, everybody that's a free agent has worts or the team wouldn't let them go. It's always a reach and a overpay because you desperate. But even still you should plug all your needs in free agency, but then you need to draft somebody that can take their place by year 3. It's not a long term solution
