Never in life have I ever heard someone say Rochester, NY is a safe city. Rochester is just another Midwestern culture industrial belt city with many crime issues

As a breh who grew up in the west burbs of Chicago
...not sure how Aurora is so high(went to high school there)....most of it is fine but east Aurora has a lotta mexican gangs that are still active

going from nyc to winston-salem i can really tell the difference. its like night and day. But i heard back in 09 it was number one on this list.
