That college gap is absolutely insane but it shows why Terry lost. College educated Americans during this pandemic were able to work from home, increase their wages and see their wealth dramatically increase. However on the flip side non college Americans (The ones who leaned Youngkin) were devastated economically and once that happens fake boogeymen like CRT & blacks taken over creep inside of these voters.
Democrats have to figure out away to get these non educated workers back to work and fast
Its amazing that a political party that supported an attempted coup and overthrow of democracy can quickly regain power because the other party is too incompetent.
My hot take: if this election happened in spring when Biden and the Dems were killing it, Terry would have won. The Dems were on a roll with the passage of the stimulus bill, then *crickets* nothing. In the absence of any action taken, the other side can just control the narrative with culture war issues. So yeah, Manchin is definitely to blame for a lot of this. I said it before, Dems are going to have to bribe him at this point if they want to prevent a bloodbath.
Too close to call in Jersey. Murphy will eke it out, but he was supposed to win by 8 minimum. Moral victories are for minor league coaches, but Ciatarelli has to walk away feeling better about himself. If Murphy imposes vaccine mandates, those who didn't vote are going to bear the burden for the next few years until 25.
I've seen it all at this point. These are the types of people a large enough portion of this country wants to have in political positions. We're screwed.
