2021 Elections: Dems lose all statewide races in VA; GOP makes gains in NJ & more!

Two things. We literally watched two democrat senators disrespect and strangle a sitting democrat president, refusing to pass his signature legislation. For weeks and months, while said president was desperate for a win. Flip side we watched a dark money operation rile up people based on bullshyt school board shyt that exposed a lot of nonsense about our race discussions. I've been saying it for awhile, especially in combat to our resident Coli black Indian spam poster...this obsession with white supremacy, white liberal guilt, etc is not good and doesn't help anyone. It's certainly not helping black people and it's clearly pissing off white people. So why keep doing it, besides to line the pockets of these influencers and grifters But that's a conversation for another day...

The only way Biden wins in 2024 is if Trump runs. Anyone else beats him and tonight is the blueprint. If I'm Biden I come back from the foreign trip and demand that bill get passed ASAP. You know Manchin is releasing a statement tomorrow morning that will claim tonight's results prove we need to pause things/not vote. It's time to put him out to pasture. Put it to a vote and dare that b*stard to sink it.

To be fair, race-based "backlash" has been happening continuously since the civil rights movement. I am not the biggest fan of going on and on about white privilege (it's obviously real, but I don't know how much it helps to talk about it). But even if all that talk was toned down, there would be a race-based "backlash."

TBH, I think Biden would lose to Trump in a rematch. And most of the the other options the dems have look really bad.
