As soon as the pitching struggles, the offense immediately shuts down and refuses to fight back.

1st inning, 2 on, 1 out, and they got nothing, which is on par with what they've been doing all season.

Marte comes back and single handedly tries to give this team a run but they didn't want it.

Would'nt surprise me if DeGrom shyts the bed tomorrow, this pitching just didn't have it when it mattered.
