I think they brought Vientos up too late to replace him on the playoff roster to.

Braves 6-6 in the 9th against the Phillies. They lose here that's another heart breaker injuries are mounting to. I'm feeling optimistic. lol

This is the type of game where Ruf has to find a way to scratch out a hit and try to get out of his slump. The fact that he went 0-4 is telling. Everyone in the lineup had a hit. Naquin got a hit against a lefty looking like Pete Rose. Nido got two hits and hit the ball hard the other way looking like Manny Ramirez. It wont get any easier than these 90 loss teams come the post season for Ruf.

You're right.. I think they called him up 2-3 days too late.
It would be dope if they could get MLB to allow Vientos on the postseason roster since he's on the 40 and Ruf conveniently having a phantom injury on the last day of the regular season

Good question... Gun to my head I'd probably go with Cookie, although Walker has been solid all year.
I think that's probably how the Mets see it cuz Walker is probably more of an option out of the bullpen than Carrasco is given how Carrasco sometimes starts off games bad and then finds it. Can't be doing that in the middle of the game lol.

carrasco only has all those wins cause we give him the most run support out of all the starters. he's been painfully mid all year outside of a few stretches
