I thought they would be doing better. I knew there was a chance it could be rough with no real off-season and the defense losing quite a few starters.

Well, I'd be more worried about him making dumb decisions like he's often done more than anything. However, I have not see him that much this year, so you'd know better than me.

@kdslittlebro @BucciMane Yeah Rivers has already committed those dumb, headscratcher throws that contributed to our 3 losses. I like to give him the benefit of the doubt due to this strange year, the injury blows this offense took earlier, and the fact that it takes time to gel on offense.
He finally looks comfortable out there and having Pittman emerge as a rookie is icing on the cake.

Again, you've seen him a lot more this season than I have, but I'll need to see it with my own eyes in a big game to believe in him at all. I just don't have any faith in him, but I could be wrong.
If y'all have the defense to keep him out of shootouts, and he can just take the play in front of him and let the skill players work, I think he can probably y'all a long way. I've just seen too much catastrophe with too much talent imo to give him the benefit of the doubt if he has to make plays in the clutch
