Diggs is very good, but he is not on that level.
When healthy, I think there are two that are in a class by themselves right now:
Julio
Dhop
I would put Antonio Brown up there, but he's been out for a while until recently. Those two are the top two WR's with no hesitation from me. I'm not including OBJ in this.
