I'm in SC and I do agree that parts of the Carolinas is getting too damn expensive because of all these transplants.

It's why I hate when people say the South is cheap when you break down economics, it's not.

I find it really interesting to read about gentrification in the south, outside of a city like Atlanta which is now a key business hub. Seems like the talking point is black people need to head south, and no doubt that’s where we’re at, but shyt, if southern cities are being gentrified, where the fukk are we going?

I guess places are like here in Cali, the black population is just spread tf out now?

Yeah these Biden numbers are pretty despair-inducing

But we're still in early days, and I guess I have faith that he will implode like he always does?

America is on the brink of total and irreversible ruin and The Democratic Party is just thoroughly, ideologically incapable of doing what needs to be done. The disease is in the blood.
