We're calling out liz in here for it (and i have in debate threads live) because many of her supporters (online anyway) are smitten by her i have a plan shtick and they make it seem like every answer she gives is enlightening and straight to the point.

So you're calling her out not because she does it more or worse than other, but because you're annoyed by her supporters?

In the debate thread..anything she says is met with the LIZ IS KILLIN IT

There was unanimous shytting on her in the debate thread when she was ducking and weaving the middle-class tax raise

Bernie is far more direct than she is. He pivots like everyone else to his main talking points but 9 times out of 10 he at least gets around to answering the question. Same with Yang. Liz pontificates about something that her staffers came up with for her and everyones mind gets blown

Do you have any specific examples of this happening, because I don't see this at all

And Yang?! Besides last debate, dude was so focused on bringing everything back to his UBI policy that it was basically a meme

We're calling liz on it because she doesnt get called on it other than the instance you referenced. People were shocked as if she doesnt do that regularly. Shes clever with it and not blatant but once you parse through what she says its just like: ok, and?

Yang brings up UBI because thats his big goal. He also regularly has the least amount of speaking time and when he does get questions hes brief and to the point. Its easy to say all he talks about is UBI when he has 6 minutes talking time in a debate and he spends 2 of them talking about it.

Yeah this is exactly what I was talking about when I said she was very poorly ducking and dodging the M4A middle-class tax issue. But that's the only thing she's had an issue with. She wasn't doing this regularly with other issues, and now that she has a funding plan, she doesn't do it nearly as much as other candidates. The whole reason it looked so bad is that she's usually extraordinarily clear and upfront with all her other answers.

Citing Krystal Ball for a Liz take is like citing Neera Tanden for a Bernie take.

This conversation started with calling Liz out for pivoting. Now that examples of other candidates pivot, in particular one you like, you've attempted to shift from pivot to directly avoid.

Then as evidence you posted a video of her pivoting and cutting it off before she even finishes her response.
