well, no one cares what you think you've proven with hillary and now kamala that you have no idea how to pick winning candidatesI have a huge problem with Bernie pretending medicare for all his solely his issue.
Early Fund-Raising Divides the Democratic Field Into Haves and Have-Notsfrom what I'm reading, certain big Clinton donors have been in her camp...she's raising a lot of money but she may be too "left" but she hasn't gained traction yet..
Mayor Pete has that midwest moderate vibe that these older wealthier, whiter Dems love :cacmjpls:
Beto is going to become an afterthought...
Mr. Buttigieg raised $2.5 million from larger donors in the first quarter. Several connected fund-raisers, including Orin Kramer, a longtime fund-raising bundler and hedge fund founder, have recently signed on to help Mr. Buttigieg.
What policies of his do you like?I'm on #TeamPete. Probably won't win the Democratic bid, and likely wouldn't win the election because LOL at the thought of America getting over its hate of gay people even though many of the haters watch gay porn, but man I really like that guy.
im not naive about how politics works, but just dont be out here giving speeches to bankersEarly Fund-Raising Divides the Democratic Field Into Haves and Have-Nots
I do wonder if we are too hard on some of these candidates for fundraising in this fashion. When there are double digit candidates, it's unrealistic to think that everyone can bankroll their campaigns through the grassroots like Bernie. That's why I have a lot of respect for Warren. She's leaving a lot of money on the table by not at least taking money from PACs/wealthy donors that align with her beliefs. At the same time she shares a lane with Bernie so has to split the progressive grassroots money.
No. 3: 26% of current Bernie Sanders supporters said that they would rather vote for President Donald Trump over Senator Elizabeth Warren, if that were the eventual 2020 matchup.
No. 1: Only 51% of current Bernie supporters actually voted in the 2016 General Election for the Democratic nominee, Hillary Clinton – 7% voted for Trump, 23% voted for a third-party candidate, and 19% did not vote.
We've already had a gay president. :Dannyhah:Too bad the Buttigieg cat has to be gay. American isn't electing a gay president.
