I thought Warren was going to stomp Sanders out (was actually hoping she did it because Warren is more tolerable than Sanders), but its becoming obvious that the nomination will come down to Sanders and Biden.

It is true that he doesn't sound as sharp as he did in the past and he does stumble over his words. I wouldn't say he has dementia though. That's an extreme accusation.

Yes. Its a common tactic taught to female politicians/Ceo's in order to show portray authoritative voice, by branding agents. It's very common and an entire industry.
Genuine female voices score very low in focus groups, by both men and women listeners.
It's evident she's deploying that strategy in her slow and drawn out speech. She does this with all multiple syllable words, she slowly speaks those words. See the video below
