Sir virtually all of their plans are better than his point blank period. Biden isn't thought of as the best candidate on most categories in tons of polls. The only one people view him best on is foreign policy simply cuz he was in the White House. Do not tell me Biden is running on his "plans" and "vision." The man's entire campaign has been about a return to normalcy. He has no signature thing.
Their plans are different than Biden's, but he does have plans. The logic his campaign is putting forward is that his plans can be passed and therefore will help people in the short term. Debatable.
As for a return to normalcy, that has to happen at some point if we want anything beyond a regressive government. Will it happen under Biden? Doubt it, but I don't knock him for trying. If we're being honest I think all the candidates have given their flavor on a return to normalcy and governing for all Americans.
It seems people have focused on things outside of his proposals(touching, stuttering, his mental state, crime bill from 3 decades ago), but I figure this is a good of time as any to discuss the merits and failures of his plans if this conversation is actually serious.
He released his healthcare plan this summer:

And he released his tax plan back in December:

His tax plan isn't bad at all of we're being honest, but his Healthcare vision leaves a lot do be desired considering the state that the ACA is in.
