He had no robbery conviction and the DUI was for weed.

My bad, it wasn’t robbery it was burglary. And a DUI is a DUI. Point is the dude wasn’t rejected for holding a dimebag, he was driving under the influence and the campaign wouldn’t hire him for a role that requires driving.

No you don’t understand. There was no burglary. He was charged it was dismissed.

He got a DUI for testing positive for weed after being pulled. They charge people with DUI for having weed in their system. Doesn’t mean he was high at the time of driving.

No he got pulled and drug tested. All it means is he had weed in his system while driving. Weed stays in your system over 30 days. DUI’s for weed are bullshyt.
If you’re driving while high, that’s not bullshyt, it’s illegal :ld:, but if that’s really how he got it, weed in his system vs being presently high, I agree, that’s bullshyt.

Weed shouldn’t be a DUI anyway. I drive better high and so do many...more cautious, less speeding.
Ehh...while I agree I drive slower when high from smoking flowers, I can admit I’m not as actively engaged nor have the same reflexes. Furthermore, the high from edibles, wax, shatter, and even vape oils is a much stronger psychoactive high and I don’t know many people who could responsibly man a car high off those. You can’t look one way for one form of THC and then another for others. I personally am fine with it being illegal

You are fine with weed being illegal or driving while high?
