Enjoyable read, but this article epitomizes why some people can't rock with Warren. She attempts to dissuade the reader by trumping the issues that people have with Warren, with answers dodging the chief complaint. For example:

1. Warren lied on her resume. The writer then combats this with saying warren didn't identify with being native American. Warren still lied, but the writer refuses to just state this. Her identification has nothing to do with what checked on her application, which was Native American. It's still a lie.

2. She attributes her statement about her childrens enrollment in private school as an "unforced error". That may be the case. But she doesn't give Biden the same leeway in this article. Warren can have "unforced errors" but Biden cant? Very hypocritical.

3. The writer acknowledges the accusations of her terrible corporate past, but attributes that to Biden just hitting her hard. The writer just left it at that. Doesn't write about if its true or not, just states she's being attacked on it. The entire article is about being fake, yet you won't venture into whether Warren was fake or not with the biggest accusation others have against her? Again very hypocritical and purposely ambiguous.


She does the exact opposite with Biden.

1. Biden lied about being the top of his class. She validates this with a concrete answer. Yet refused to do it about if Warren lied about being Native American on her application?

2. "Back in 2007, he claimed to have been “shot at” in Iraq; this was not true." again very direct wording. He had a false statement. Yet the writer refuses to use this same language when speaking about Warren. Biden's statements are not true but Warrens statements are unforced errors?


The entire article can be summed up with one statement, where she states Biden lies and Warren made a mistake.

"None of these omissions or instances of low-grade deceit are unusual in politics, nor are they necessarily disqualifying or personally defining any more than Joe Biden’s history of plagiarism and self-inflation or Warren’s misleading imprecision about her son’s schooling should be disqualifying or defining."

What? :why: How come Biden didn't make a mistake when speaking? or vice versa how come Warren not have any lies?


This is why Warren fans are incredibly frustrating. I get you want her to be righteous and symbolize all thats wrong with the system. But refusing to even acknowledge her false statements or trying to cover them up by insinuating they're mistakes is why she's distrustful? :wtb:

No one's perfect she's not perfect, she lied, just admit it. Own your mistakes. Ppl can see through the bullshyt

I can admit Biden's a creepy motherfukker, who's lied, lost elections, who has a crackhead as a son and is riding Obama's coattails. I'm still voting for him.

Warren fans are so fixated on making sure she represents an idealistic standard that they want, they'll refuse to even acknowledge when she lies or fukks up. No one's going to vote for someone like that.
