That guys question was stupid to begin with. I've haven't heard ANY politician say they are for open boarders. I would have proceeded to the next person with a question instead of responding that way.
Reminds me of what he said in 2015 when he told Vox's Ezra Klein that open borders were a right wing "Koch brothers proposal" that would make "everybody in America poorer."

I don't think anything would come from it. I just dont see why he wont release them. He was running for President in 2016, did he not have them ready for release then? This was something ALOT of people criticized Trump for, Bernie supporters included so why now, is it all of a sudden no big deal if he doesnt release. Why wouldnt he? I would be critical of ANY candidate who fails to do and would lead me to believe they are hiding something that they think will turn voters away.

He wasn't pandering at all. He says the same thing whenever someone brings up the border topic no matter where he is. This is what happens when you have multiple good candidates -- people start looking for something. Warren, Sanders, and even Booker and Harris are all decent candidates.

He pandered to his audience because it sounds better in Iowa to keep the poor people out rather than employ the poor black and brown.
