I'd put Colombia over Mexico because even though they are definitely chockers, Mexico is always overrated as fukk, they very rarely have squads that are legit top level (but again, when they do have them, they fukk it up).

The funniest thing about Colombia vs England last year at the WC is that the game had everything both nations are known for in big moments. It was like both were handling the other the W but neither would take it until it was inevitable on PKs
