Just to let y'all know, a couple days ago I went out to celebrate some good news my bestie got...I shyt you not, I ate 6 jerk wings, like 8 pieces of plantain, a thing of fries, 2 appletinis, a slice of bread pudding, and a bowl of icecream
I was 203 just this passed Saturday morning.. my dumbass consumed like 150g of sugar within 12 hours lol
Probably should have done it before eating but pounds down are pounds down.

Sugar is not my friend. I'd go hard since this is the last week of the challenge, but it's my bday week so
Kinda effed up a little last night.. but still great nonetheless. Wanna reach under 200 by July 1st buy with Canada day right around the corner I know I'm gonna mess up lol
