I feel like I've been posting in this thread too much today lol

But the season's around the corner and me and my brehs on the HBCU Voice podcast are gearing up for some football related episodes

I know yall are alums and supporters of various schools, is there anybody in particular you'd like us to interview or certain topics yall want to hear us discuss?

You can reply here, shoot me a PM, or shoot an email to my homie/host of the show Jonathan at jalexander at newsobserver.com

:salute:to all yall
Interview that PVAMU QB. Apparently he's potentially NFL bound

You went there right?
How does this year's team compare to the ones when you were there.

Also what other SWAC schools have NFL talent?
When i went to PV, we had just broken the longest ever losing streak ever held by a college football team. (80 loses)

Prairie View A&M Ends 80-Game Streak

So things have definitely gotten much better since then.

PV is a trendy pick to win the whole shebang in terms of the SWAC. That offense was legit. Don't know what will happen without that Johnta' Hebert kid they had last year.

Lenard Tillery at SU looks like a real talent too. Kourtney Berry at Alabama State is undersized, but he's basically been the best LB in the conference, statistically, since he showed up. Jackson State has a kid or two as well.

EDIT: Willie Quinn at SU is a NFL-caliber return man. Trindon Holliday-esque.
