Very much so, assuming FSU and a SEC team is a lock and the favorable schedules for OU/Baylor makes the Big 12 very likely. That leaves the battle for the last spot between how much do the PAC 12 heavyweights beat each other up and how many loses the Big 10 favorite has.that Oregon/Michigan St game might be a big factor in determining the cfb playoff
If Oregon beats MSU convincingly, then Oregon or the team that beats them to or in the PAC 12 championship will get in as long as they have 2 losses. This is under the assumption that MSU wins the Big 10 or at least loses in the championship (the team that beats them has to be undefeated).
If MSU wins against Oregon and goes ahead to win the Big Ten championship, then they are in as long as they have no more than one loss. Also, the PAC 12 has to be won by Oregon or a team which has more than one loss.
Week 2 can already place implications on the 4th spot for the first playoffs.
