Franklin never really developed a big time QB at Vandy either....Jordan Rodgers had Matthews as a bailout and Zac Stacy in the backfield....pretty nice

Hackenberg did regress, but the offensive line he played with this season was awful. He was running for his life all year. The sanctions really hurt Penn State's depth.
