Dennis Allen is a bust of a head coach. Reggie was stupid in not correcting another mistake and firing Allen. They both blamed Pryor last year and the year before that it was Carson Palmer. This guy just isn't cut out to coach a team. You know Hue Jackson is laughing his ass off at this situation. He left an 8-8 team and the team has been struggling to get to 4 wins. Mark Davis has to know he messed up by giving out the recent 2 year contract extensions to several assistants. Reggie is a bust GM by default of "his" guy not being worth a damn.

Facts. The worst thing a GM could do is realize they made a mistake and instead of acknowledging they made the wrong personnel decision, keep the same coaching staff just to save face.

I don't even know anymore to be honest with you. I should be optimistic but too many years of this fukk shyt has gone on. Honestly, I think 6-10 we lose some close ones, Carr shows vast improvement and gives hope for next season, Mack is DROY. Its the coaching staff for me, they're pretty much garbage and will win games cuz of the talent on the field and not their input.

If we're 1-4 at the end of 5 games I'ma bump the offseason thread.

Honestly though, Pryor played terrible for the Seahawks, didn't show any improvement in his game whatsoever. I think the Raiders will be fine with Schaub holding the spot for Carr, as long as the Raiders stick with a run first game-plan.
