Or LA will see star power and want the team down here.. just saying. I don't mind if they stay in the bay as wellCarr could fukk around and keep us in Oakland. If he becomes the next Aaron Rodgers we'll get that stadium funded by the city.

They only practice in Alameda. It's on the City of Oakland to come up with the money. No mayor could survive letting the Raiders leave again so they'll find the money if Mark really wants to stay.Do Alameda got that money? Cuz if Carr fukks around and looks like the future you know LA gon make that call. That's long money just between Magic and Dr. Soon buying team, it's plenty more rich cacs tryna make that move if it can be had. Even after all this losing the Raiders run California and its big money to be made from a winning Raiders team.

Alameda is right next to Oakland literally. You could throw a Football from where the Raiders practice to Oakland. And Oakland isn't gentrifying like people believe. It's still majority Black and Latino.True. I ain't know the exact dynamics of Oakland/Alameda I thought the Raiders dealt with both. Hell, the way I heard Oakland is gentrifying I wouldn't be surprised if they pull it off.

Truthfully the Raiders and Niners should've built a stadium together and shared it like the Giants and Jets do. Should've built it on Treasure Island and called it a day
That's the perfect scenario of course but a billion dollars for only eight home games and maybe a playoff game doesn't really cut it anymore in today's standards. And don't' start with the concerts talk cause only a handful of artist can fill up a football stadium. The biggest concerts are at indoor arenas not 70,000 seat football stadiums.fukk no, fukk the niners. Raiders deserve their own shyt. Either they take back LA or Oakland gives them the palace they deserve for bringing two bowls to the 'town and being one of the defining institutions of the community.

Plenty of places outside of Oakland where it could be built.Bay Area Heads are there any other places outside of the city of oakland where a stadium can be built?
I know the A's been in long talks about moving down the south bay ( san jose area) but the giants are bytchin about terrority rights
