Alameda is right next to Oakland literally. You could throw a Football from where the Raiders practice to Oakland. And Oakland isn't gentrifying like people believe. It's still majority Black and Latino.

fukk no, fukk the niners. Raiders deserve their own shyt. Either they take back LA or Oakland gives them the palace they deserve for bringing two bowls to the 'town and being one of the defining institutions of the community.
That's the perfect scenario of course but a billion dollars for only eight home games and maybe a playoff game doesn't really cut it anymore in today's standards. And don't' start with the concerts talk cause only a handful of artist can fill up a football stadium. The biggest concerts are at indoor arenas not 70,000 seat football stadiums.
