I just really think youre overstating the sanctions. O'brien could have stayed at penn state for five more years easily and judgement wouldnt begin until well after sanctions, and penn st is still good for 8 wins and you'll be paid WAY better than a tier two job like oklahoma state, or a basement job like vandy
