The NBA announced today the list of players for this season’s Rising Stars Challenge. Shaq and Charles Barkley will draft their teams on February 7, and fans will be able to vote online for the starters before the game, which will be played Friday, February 15 in Houston to kick off All-Star 2013. Here’s who made the “Rookie-Sophomore” game:

ROOKIES
Anthony Davis (Hornets), Damian Lillard (Blazers), Harrison Barnes (Warriors), Brad Beal (Wizards), Andre Drummond (Pistons), Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (Bobcats), Alexey Shved (Timberwolves), Dion Waiters (Cavs) and Tyler Zeller (Cavs).

SOPHOMORES

1st off the Sophmores ain't going up against the rookies. Shaq and Charles will have a draft from the list of players listed so rooks and sophmores will be on the same team. Secondly, I'll take David Lee over LMA any day of the week. D-Lee leads the league in double doubles and 20 and 10 games. And he shoots a higher percentage from the field than LMA.
