or it suggest that teams are getting worse because of the snake draft. that way it is now....osboog def has an advantage of picking up more talent because of the snake draft and its a pretty big league with 14 owners so the worst team won't pick again until for some time. free agency isnt really an option to improve your team and this league doesn't trade frequently so something has to give.

What talent is he picking up that is immediate? I won't sort back through but my first pick was Michael Floyd and I picked ahead of Os. Unless I'm highly mistaken there isn't much at that level of the draft that makes an immediate impact.

The reality is that in the interest of making it more competitive (if that is the goal) the amount of keepers needs to be reduced.

the talent pool isn't huge i agree, but picking 14 and then 15 when the worst team then has to pick like 28th is kinda unfair IMO.

i do agree that the keepers should be reduce. it doesn't really force u to make tough decisions. not saying you have to but it would make things a lil more interesting.

For me it would all depend on if keepers would be reduced and by how many. If that happens and it's a higher number we are basically just installing some form of talent redistribution which I can't vote for. Also to WJA3s point there is a fair amount of parity big picture. I think it has to be one or the other in some form or not both. Then we look at the outcome for the following season.

I honestly don't believe there's a parity issue with the league. & I don't think there's even an activity issue with the league. Its a 14 team FREE league made up on mostly strangers who are usually active enough to update their rosters even when they are losing and has almost 100% draft participation. I don't think its going to get much better than this. I've been in less active leagues where money was involved. Could there be more trades? Sure, but thats on individual GM's to get accomplished. When pressed, I've always been able to get my trades done and I'm not doing anything all that special.

I'd vote for redraft every year, or maybe just 3-4 keepers per team.

I suggested a lower keeper toll before...I think the keepers should drop to 5 and you can't keep more than 2 at any position or something like that.

I don't believe there's a huge problem with parity although I agree we should reduce keepers by ONE

and change from a snake draft to win-loss standard draft
