I’m not saying there was absolutely nothing good to come out during those years. I’m just saying there was a monumental shift that happened & the mainstream was fukking awful. Too many established artists tried changing tune. shyt was pathetic. Not even just the mainstream radio play but the fukking established rappers who all switched up to fit the establishment. Awful.
