X-pac was a junkie
Hall was promising but couldn't conquer his demon in a bottle
Nash was good and will probably be always be remembeed as one of the better big men in the biz but let's keep it real his world title runs was shytty. I'll give him props the Starrcade match against Goldberg was entertaining though. Not because it was a wrestling classic but because Hall dressed up as security and tased Bill to stop the streak. Nash getting at Punk was ironic because as champs neither one of them draw.
HHH..... a great heel but an insecure man who let's his own need for accolades in a scripted business ruin the business.
HBK..... a$$hole, jerk, druggie......but the brotha could wrestle his ass off. Love him or hate him you couldn't front on what he left in the ring. He was a catalyst to the attitude era.
The Kliq were jerks backstage and their politics were on some next level ish. Without them I think the business would have been more chill like the federation days, but their fukkery caused a revolt in the business in which cats had to be ruthless and more edgy. Thus you had Austin and Taped Fists to counteract coked up Shawn. You also had the Rock to counter Paul the insecure. I hate the Kliq and I wouldn't spit on them if any of them was on fire, but they shook things up to where other guys around them had to step their game up. They were the perfect villians necessary to build up the larger than life babyfaces
