Can you imagine a year full of classic albums coming out left and right? That's what 94 looks like

definitely agree that it's between '88 and '94.
More of my personal top 5 came out in '94 (resurrection, southernplayalistic, illmatic), but can't discount the volume of classics from '88 -- plus, '88 is when I really started to get into hip-hop.
