You have to think about the fact that some people don't want to be completely treated like children. And again, i bet you if this even is a real rule, i bet some of the wrestlers suggested it. Not everybody wanna be on a bus together. Also, what if its in WWE contracts to book flights to and from home, but you got people making non-home flights all over the place that might cost more than what's allocated? Like someone like Xavier flying all over the place to comic cons. Is some agents supposed to sit there and make special arrangements for that on top of booking whatever 20 other people want to do? :gucci: Yall, have to think, alot of these people don't just be going home on their off days. That is alot to coordinate. And booking a flight is something they can do while they're there at the arenas early and waiting around. Just look at WWE ig's, they still find hella time to fukk off. :comeon:
That kind of thinking allows companies to treat their employees however want without consequence. Having the company you work for handle travel arrangements so you can do the job they make hundreds of millions from isn't being treated like a child. No one is gonna force them to use WWE transportation but having that option should be the bare minimum.

Imagine your boss sending you halfway across the country for you job then telling you to the pay for it out your own pocket.

it's one thing for your company to fly you from home to a destination then back home. Now imagine telling your company to fly you to hawaii instead of home after the business trip. WWE people aren't just going home/work/home. They go all over the place in their down time. Now again, should a few people at the company sit there and plan out everybody's ever changing schedule? Or can the wrestlers be adults and plan their own shyt and at least this way they can't blame WWE for getting their travel wrong.

And all this is assuming the article is true. And really you don't really hear too many wrestlers complain about pay for and planning their own travel. They out here quitting over how they are booked and shyt.

i would imagine there's a reason for all these rules though. Some of these rules were probably suggested by the wrestlers too. Like booking their own flights, cars, and hotels. It's treating them like adults. And it's probably a thousands times easier to have each wrestler book their own flight than to have like 10 agents book 300 flights. If you're a wrestler you should know how to do all this stuff anyways if you plan on doing stuff on the indies.
So WWE not giving them health insurance is their way of making wrestlers be adults and learn about the difference between an HMO and a PPO?

Companies book flights, hotels and reserve cars for employees all the time when they're traveling for business, not sure why it would be difficult for the WWE to do it.

most companies don't have 90% of their employees traveling year round. Again, is someone supposed to sit there and figure out everybody's schedule? If you had an employee that you flew from their home to a destination for work, then instead of flying them home they want you to pay for them to get a flight to Vegas or the Bahamas? Are you just going to pay for that? It's much easier for everyone to make their own bookings, they are not children and like i said, wrestlers out here quitting over how they are used as wrestlers not travel. I get that people automatically think Vince is screwing people over, but on this i completely understand making the wrestlers do this themselves.
