there's no way he wasn't breh. he was recording before Ahmaud even showed up in the screen meaning he was filming for a while, plus zero reaction to witnessing a murder (no camera shake or audible reaction or backing up or something). we need to find out who he is

The way its looking it may be that this video was shared privately with people gloating about it and got leaked to the media.
I don't think any of the initial police reports ever acknowledged this view of the video.
The initial reporting said there was a 3rd guy involved but didn't say to what extent.
