They've got to get them on atleast a manslaughter charge, throw it a public endangerment charge if there's something like that for driving the trucks recklessly and brandishing a weapon outside of the context of self defense. Someone is dead because they wanted to play vigilante. and they need to see jail time.

Off topic, but this is the second time a black man around the same age as me has been slain (I'm the same age as Ahmaud, and I was a year older than Trayvon). It hits close to home.

I don't disagree with you that they were certainly looking to kill someone that day. I've been reading about some security footage from the night before that the father saw that emboldened him to attack the brother. However, these courts like to act greasy when a black man is killed.

They'll say there's gotta be substantial evidence to show they were planning the kill. That's what makes the 1st and even 2nd degree hard to pin in these racist courts.

They could get them on homicide, manslaughter, attempted vehicular homicide, brandishing a firearm,etc. They could probably even push for the 2nd degree as for information comes out. However, the 1st degree will be made out to be a reach, as much as I hate it.

If this happened to my brother, I would treat it as a disrespect that needs a response. If it is my son, I'm going to cause damage on a mental level.

Just killing them wouldn't be enough. They would have to suffer a loss and know that the starting point was their action.
