But you notice at the end of the video they said that there were "reports" of vandalism after the incident and the reporter said the cops said they never heard about it. These white folks are just making shyt up.

All of the kids at the scene that have spoke out (regardless of color) have described the cop's actions as racially motivated. Anyone with a healthy pair of two eyes can see that the cop was harassing and using unwarranted excessive force against the black children. The cop didn't resign for no reason.
