Actually, as far as I'm concerned, that's the way to do it. The bbl is supposed to slightly enhance what's there without looking obviously fake. It should be harmonious with the rest of the proportions to avoid looking grotesque. Who ever did the bbl in the original post, that surgeon is a master of his craft. Shyt doesn't look tacky at all.

I see what you're saying. But I don't think it's the surgeon that are getting better. I think it's the people getting the surgeries that are requesting more reasonable things. At the end of the day, to me it's like a tattoo artist. Sometimes you see bad tats and we blame the artist when in fact, the client is the one who asked for something hideous with a specific ugly font, etc. The artist is often just delivering what the client requested.
